The Fidustra rate for support for creation starts at €790 excl. VAT. This amount covers the opening of the file, the analysis of the situation and the preparation of the guided route. To this price are added the mandatory legal fees : notary fees (around €800–2,000), Trade Register (RCS) fees, publication fees and possibly banking, domiciliation and establishment authorization. The total cost varies between €1,500 and €5,000 depending on the legal form and complexity.
