9.1. Deposit / upfront payment (non-refundable)

To start the company formation process, Fidustra may request an upfront payment (deposit). This amount covers initial work and costs (preliminary analysis, document preparation, advisory support, compliance/KYC/AML checks, coordination, etc.).

This deposit is non-refundable, even if the incorporation is not completed for any reason, including (without limitation) client cancellation, missing documents, or refusal/constraints from third parties (bank, notary, public authorities) or compliance/regulatory reasons.

No legal incorporation is carried out without signature of the required documents and validation of your file by our teams.

10. Changes to these Terms

Fidustra reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes to the Website, services, or applicable laws.

The version in force is the one available on the Website on the date of your visit.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law.

In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
